About the Dell Express Card IR Travel Remote Control

The Dell? Travel Remote is a small remote control that you can carry with you. This remote control is designed to be stored in the portable computer's ExpressCard slot and provides simple functionality for enjoying multimedia content. The Dell Travel Remote works with Dell MediaDirect? and is also compatible with Microsoft? Windows Vista? Media Center and Apple iTunes. The Dell Travel Remote does not require any software to function.

Playing Media

The Dell ExpressCard remote control is designed to control Dell Media Direct and Windows Vista? Media Center.

To play media using Dell Express Card remote control:

1. Install a coin-cell battery into your ExpressCard remote control (included).

2. Launch Windows Vista? Media Center from Start Programs.

3. Use the remote control buttons to play media.

4. Store remote control in the ExpressCard slot on your laptop when not in use.

All Texas residents will be charged state sales tax at the time of checkout.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and subsequently re-listed. In addition a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping costs for all orders are based on a flat rate. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise noted in the item description. It is up to the shipper to decide which shipment method to use. Tracking information is automatically emailed when the item is shipped. USPS tracking information can be found on eBay by going to your auction and clicking on "View Order Details". UPS tracking information is emailed from UPS WorldShip. Be sure to check your Junk folder should you not receive notification within 72 hours of payment being received and cleared.

WE CURRENTLY SHIP ONLY TO THE CONTINENTAL LOWER 48 UNITED STATES UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN THE AUCTION. If shipping UPS Ground, PLEASE provide us with a physical street address, as UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes
Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. eSold, Inc. reserves the right to to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages. Please note this in our store policy and bid accordingly. Please ask all questions early as auctions closing on the weekend or after store hours may not be answered prior to auction close.

Returns are accepted on the following conditions:

• The product is covered by our eSold Guarantee (Read the listing and see the guarantee policy details above)
• No returns are accepted and no refunds processed after 30 calendar days of payment.
• All returns must have prior authorization. Contact us for return instructions via phone at 512.244.2800.
• Unless instructed otherwise, all returns must be repackaged as originally shipped including all accessories/manuals/software.
• Customer pays for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Returns due to customer errors/issues such as ordered wrong item, changed mind, etc. are assessed a restocking fee.
• Please include documentation including your eBay name, the eBay item number and include correspondence emails or other notes explaining the reason(s) for the return. Failure to do so can result in a delay in processing the refund.
• Some defective items are not worth returning, or should be kept to compare to replacements - inquire before returning items.
• Refunds are processed only after returns are received and tested (if applicable).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
